Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the EZGB app and the eSIM services available through it.

The service

EZGB provides prepaid, data only travel eSIMs delivered through our iOS application. Connectivity is provided over partner mobile networks in each destination. Coverage, speed, and availability vary by location and network conditions.

Beta program

During the beta, features may change, break, or be removed. Beta (sandbox) purchases are test transactions: no real charges are made and sandbox eSIM profiles may not provide cellular connectivity.

Eligibility and devices

You need an eSIM capable, carrier unlocked device. You are responsible for confirming your device is unlocked before purchasing.

Purchases and refunds

Plans are prepaid and activate according to the terms shown at purchase (for example, activate within 30 days). A plan that has not been installed or activated may be eligible for a refund; contact support and we will make it right where we reasonably can.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to send spam, or in ways that damage partner networks. Plans are for personal use and may not be resold.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZGB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
