Information we collect

Beta signup: if you join the beta through this website, the email address you give us. The app itself has no accounts. You can browse and buy without creating one, and we do not collect your name or Apple ID.

Purchase information: the destination, plan, and price of eSIMs you buy. Payments are processed by Apple Pay and our payment providers. EZGB never sees or stores your card number.

Device information: device model, iOS version, and eSIM capability, used to deliver a compatible eSIM profile and to diagnose issues.

Diagnostics: crash and performance reports you choose to share with Apple, which reach us without identifying you. We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not track you across apps or websites, and the app does not request your location.

What we don't collect

We collect only what is needed to deliver and support your eSIM, and we do not sell your travel or usage information. We do not sell your personal data. We do not track your browsing. We do not read the contents of your communications. Your traffic passes through partner mobile networks, not through EZGB servers.

How we use information

To issue and manage your eSIMs, process purchases, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.

Sharing

We share what is strictly necessary with connectivity partners (to provision your eSIM on local networks), payment processors (to complete purchases), and service providers under contract. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us and we will honor them.
